V-TUF GRINDEX1100LPS Industrial H-Class Vacuum

The V-TUF GRINDEX1100LPS-240 is a compact, professional 240V H-Class industrial dust extractor designed for the safe and efficient collection of very fine, dry and clogging dust. Built for demanding industrial and construction environments, it combines powerful suction, advanced filtration and automatic filter cleaning in a robust yet relatively compact machine that is easy to position around the workplace.

At the heart of the GRINDEX1100LPS is a durable 1100W direct-drive motor, producing an airflow of up to 200 m³/h and a vacuum pressure of 250 mbar. Its 50mm tangential suction inlet has been designed to optimise airflow and dust collection, helping the extractor maintain dependable performance when dealing with large quantities of fine material.

Fine dust control is supported by a substantial HEPA + PTFE cartridge filter with a 10,000cm² filtration surface. The machine is supplied to H-Class standard, providing a high level of protection where hazardous fine dust needs to be controlled. To help maintain consistent suction during extended use, V-TUF equips the GRINDEX1100LPS with an automatic reverse-airflow filter cleaning system. Dust is collected through V-TUF's Pulse Bag system, which has been developed to make the containment and disposal of collected material safer while reducing unnecessary operator exposure to dust. The combination of H-Class filtration and enclosed bag collection makes the GRINDEX1100LPS particularly well suited to professional environments where controlling airborne dust is a priority.

For use alongside powered equipment, the extractor also incorporates a Tool-Start / Power Tool Syncro system. This allows the dust extractor to operate in conjunction with a connected power tool, making it practical for source extraction applications where dust needs to be captured as it is produced.

Despite its industrial performance, the GRINDEX1100LPS maintains a compact footprint of approximately 53 × 44 × 112cm and weighs 26kg.
