Government-backed and eligible public sector organisations can place orders using an official purchase order with instant credit, subject to verification. Private companies and other businesses can apply separately for an Avern credit account.
How does credit work?
The process depends on whether you are ordering on behalf of a government/public sector organisation or a private business.
Instant credit with an official PO
Eligible government-backed and public sector organisations can submit an official purchase order without completing a standard business credit account application first.

Apply for a business credit account
General companies, Ltd companies and other private businesses wishing to purchase on account must apply for a credit account before credit facilities can be offered.

Organisations we can accept official orders from
Eligible public sector and government-backed organisations can submit an official purchase order, subject to verification.
If your organisation is an eligible government-backed or public sector body, you can send us an official purchase order instead of paying by card. Once the PO and organisation details have been verified, we can process the order on account.

Raise Your PO
Create an official purchase order using your organisation's normal procurement system.
Email It To Avern
Send your purchase order to sales@averncleaningsupplies.com.
We Process Your Order
Once verified, we will process the order and arrange delivery using the applicable service.
