How Long Does a Refund Take?

After the carrier receives your item, allow 2–3 working days for us to process your return.

Return Policy (Domestic Home Purchases ONLY)

Return Process

• Email us or fill the Return Form.
• Pack the item securely (ideally in original packaging) with all accessories.
• Write the Order Number clearly on the package.
• Return options:
  • Option A: Send back with your courier (your cost & risk).
  • Option B: We arrange collection (£16 + VAT, larger machines may incur higher fees — deducted from refund).

Important Notes

• ❌ Used H Class vacuums are non-returnable due to health & safety.
• ✅ Unused H Class machines can be returned — collection costs may apply.
• ℹ️ Machines purchased without advice and with static problems are non-returnable.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

After you have passed your items to the courier, allow 2–4 working days for us to process your return. This timescale allows us to accept and inspect your product.

Return Costs (Business Buyers ONLY)

• Ordered Wrong / No longer Required — 20% Restocking Fee + Collection & Delivery Fees.
• Exchanged / Ordered Wrong Part — 10% Restocking Fee + Collection & Delivery Fees.
• Used — Don't Like — with no Email advice
  • We do not accept used products back.
  • If you think it's faulty, please fill our Warranty Form and we can check if we can get this fixed for you.
• We don't accept any products back after 30 days of delivery.

• ✅ Unused H Class machines can be returned — collection costs may apply.
• ℹ️ Pallet item returns: Over 30Kg additional £60 + VAT.
• ℹ️ Machines purchased without advice and with static problems are non-returnable, but we can advise kits that can help this issue.
