Delivery Information

Free Delivery

• Orders over £75 (ex. VAT) qualify for free delivery.
• Orders under £75 (ex. VAT) may incur a £2.92 or £8.99 carriage charge depending on the item in the basket (chemical or paper)

“Working days” means Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Standard Delivery Times

• Typical delivery: 2–3 working days. - We have stock of this item
• Some products specify 2–5 working days this is due to having to order this in.

Next Working Day Delivery

• If a product is marked “Next Working Day Delivery” and you checkout before 3:00pm (Mon–Fri), it will arrive the next working day.
• Orders placed after 3:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• Example: Order on Friday before 3:00pm → delivered on Monday.

Collections

• Available Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm.
• No collections on weekends or bank holidays.

Weekend & Timed Deliveries

• Saturday delivery and timed weekday slots are available on selected products.

Delivery Notifications

• For online orders, you’ll receive an email the day your order is shipped.
• Large or multi-parcel orders are typically delivered the following working day after dispatch.
• If you provide a mobile number or email at checkout, our couriers will send a delivery date update (usually the following working day).
