V-TUF GRINDEX20HRB-240 240V M Class Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

Built for professional environments where reliable fine-dust extraction is essential, the V-TUF GRINDEX20HRB combines powerful performance with a compact, highly mobile industrial design. The machine is specifically described by V-TUF as being designed to handle fine dust collection in moderate quantities, making it suitable for a variety of industrial and construction settings.

At the heart of the GRINDEX20HRB is a 2.6kW / 3.5HP twin bypass motor system. Each motor has an independent switch, giving the operator control over suction performance depending on the application. With a maximum airflow of 380m³/h and continuous vacuum pressure of 250mbar, the machine provides substantial extraction performance while operating at a stated noise level of 72dB(A).

H-Class Filtration

The GRINDEX20HRB uses a Class H polyester cartridge filter with a substantial 35,000cm² filtration surface. The technical sheet identifies the machine's filtration classification as H under EN 60335-2-69 and states a filtration efficiency of 1 micron. The large filter surface is designed to maintain airflow even when the filter becomes dirty.

JetClean® Filter Cleaning

One of the GRINDEX20HRB's standout features is its JetClean® filter cleaning system. The system uses the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the vacuum to generate airflow through the cartridge, dislodging accumulated dust from the filter surface.

Crucially, this process is designed to keep the filter working efficiently without having to stop suction, making it particularly useful when dealing with fine, dry and clogging powders.

Robust & Easy to Manoeuvre

Collected material is deposited into a 20-litre coated steel container with a release handle for convenient removal. The collection unit sits on four sturdy pivoting wheels, allowing it to be moved before the collected material is disposed of.

Despite its industrial construction, the machine maintains a relatively compact footprint of 516 × 545mm, with an overall height of 994mm and a machine weight of 38kg. A 50mm diameter suction inlet supports high-volume professional dust collection.
