The Makita VC004GL XGT Dust Extractor is a high-performance cordless vacuum designed for professional site work, workshop cleaning and demanding dust extraction applications. Powered by Makita’s advanced 40V Max XGT Li-ion battery platform (batteries not included), the VC004GL utilises a high-efficiency brushless motor to deliver performance comparable to corded machines, combining strong suction power with improved runtime and durability. With up to 230 mbar (23 kPa) maximum sealed suction and an air volume of approximately 2.9 m³/min, it provides reliable performance for heavy-duty cleaning tasks.

Approved for Dust Class L in accordance with EU standards, the VC004GL is capable of capturing up to 99% of dust particles, making it suitable for general construction materials such as soft wood, plaster and site debris. It features a high-performance HEPA filtration system capable of capturing extremely fine particles, helping to maintain cleaner air in working environments. The large 15L dust tank capacity allows for extended operation with fewer interruptions, while the variable suction control dial enables adjustment from high power to quieter, energy-efficient cleaning modes.

Designed for maximum efficiency on modern jobsites, the VC004GL is equipped with Makita’s Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS), allowing the vacuum to connect via Bluetooth to compatible power tools and automatically operate when the tool is activated. It also incorporates Makita’s GYUPPA automatic self-cleaning filter system, maintaining consistent suction performance during prolonged use. Built for durability, the machine features eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) and IPX4-rated water resistance to help protect against dust and moisture in harsh site conditions.

Additional practical features include a flat top design for easy storage, a carry handle for improved portability, castor wheels with stoppers to prevent movement during operation, and low noise output of around 70 dB(A) for increased operator comfort.
