Considering all those reviews/ comments provided by other 'Henry' owners about not having this great tool supplied with the hoover on initialling purchasing the machine, it's about time 'Henry' manufacturing updated the essential tools supplied with their machines. Housework is a doddle now I have this tool, (as opposed to the minute one originally supplied); most homes now have tiled and/or hard floors as opposed to traditional carpets...
