I was searching for a supplier for a replacement motor for our Charles vacuum cleaner. This company had the genuine item at a competitive price. Having confirmed the exact model number with the supplier over the phone, I placed the order online and it was despatched the same day. It then sat in Evri's distribution hub for several days before finally being sent out for delivery 4 days later. I was given a two hour time slot for delivery. This came and went. It was finally delivered more than two hours later than the advised delivery slot. I have now fitted the new motor and it works perfectly. what a shame I was unable to give the supplier five stars as it was let down by their delivery company.
Ordered this and the matching spray lance to replace broken parts from a power washer I have had for some years. Replacements worked wonderfully and the washer is as good as new now
