By submitting the form bellow you are agreeing to to pay any labour, parts, transportation or call out costs should the machine you require repairs on be found faulty through user error, misuse or have no actual fault when inspected by the manufacturer.

By submitting the form bellow you also accept that your Vacuum Cleaner has not been used to collect ANY Hazardous Materials without the use of a H Class Vacuum.

For Numatic & Nilfisk Vacuum Cleaners Transportation charges are as follows (these will only be payable if the machine has been damaged, misused or is faulty by user error); £21.00 + VAT for collection and return. Any parts required will be charged additional to this (we will confirm you wish to proceed with any repairs before proceeding if it is not covered under warranty).

For Numatic & Nilfisk Floor Machines Call out costs are as follows (these will only be payable if the machine has been damaged, misused or is faulty by user error); £77.00 + VAT Call out charge and £55.00 per hour + VAT. Any parts required will be charged additional to this.

Avern would like to state that we do NOT determine whether the machine has a manufacture fault or misuse by the customer this is down to Numatic or other manufacturer.
