By completing this form, you confirm that your Vacuum Cleaner has not been used to collect any hazardous materials without the use of an H Class Vacuum.
Transportation Charges – Numatic & Nilfisk Vacuum Cleaners
- Collection and return: £21.00 + VAT
- Charges apply only if the machine is deemed damaged, misused, or faulty due to user error.
- Any replacement parts required will be charged additionally.
- If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will always seek your approval before carrying out repairs.
Call-Out Charges – Numatic & Nilfisk Floor Machines
- Call-out fee: £77.00 + VAT
- Labour: £55.00 per hour + VAT
- Charges apply only if the machine is deemed damaged, misused, or faulty due to user error.
- Any replacement parts required will be charged additionally.
Important Notes
- Avern does not determine whether a fault is due to manufacturing issues or customer misuse. This decision rests solely with Numatic.
- Please review the Numatic Warranty for full details.
- If your machine is deemed to be damaged through misuse or user error, you will be responsible for return carriage charges, call-out costs, and any authorised repair costs at cost price.
Customer Declaration
- You will cover any labour, parts, transportation, or call-out costs if the fault is found to be due to misuse, user error, or if no fault is identified by the manufacturer.
- You confirm that your Vacuum Cleaner has not been used to collect hazardous materials without the use of an H Class Vacuum.
