Swarf & Coolant Oil Vacuum Cleaners

About Collection
Our range of swarf and coolant vacuum cleaners offers solutions tailored to nearly any engineering workshop, perfect for collecting waste material and efficiently separating swarf from coolant.
There are two main classes of swarf vacuums within this category:
-
Standard Machines:
These machines feature the suffix SC in their model names (e.g., WV570-SC). Equipped with large cyclonic and standard inlets, they are designed to collect waste swarf and mineral-based coolant commonly found in engineering environments, both from machines and spilled coolant on floors. All collected waste is deposited into the drum for easy and appropriate disposal. -
Separation Machines:
Identified by the prefix SSIVD (e.g., SSIVD1800DH), these machines differ by incorporating an internal stainless steel cage that traps swarf, separating it from the coolant. This allows for coolant recycling wherever possible, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
Larger machines in the range include suffixes like DH, PH, and AP, which indicate the emptying method:
-
DH (Gravity Emptying): Waste is discharged through a hose at the base by gravity.
-
PH (Manual Pump): Features a manually controlled pump to empty into raised receptacles.
-
AP (Automatic Pump): Equipped with an automatic pump that activates when the coolant reaches a certain level, ideal for continuous use or large-volume applications.
