All good here. Original purchase took over ten days to arrive so the sender sent another. Then both orders arrived next day! Communication was on point and excellent customer service.

Purchased a new motor which arrived quite quickly but unfortunately it did not work. Contacted Avern through Ebay and they sorted it immediately by despatching another motor express delivery which proved to be of the expected quality and worked first time. That's the real test of a company is when things don't go quite right, as sometimes happens. I would certainly use this company again. 1st class support. Sorry I can't give more than 5 stars

Do not buy this product! It is falsely advertised as a genuine product. It clearly isn’t. I have bought from Henry (eBay) since. It is clearly a superior product. This product, the bristles are falling out just as I lift it. The quality is very substandard. It arrived in just bag and arrived damaged. Seller did not bother to respond when approached with the issue. Seller clearly does not care about the product or its condition of arrival at the customers door. Stay away!

Ordered & paid for specific item, but was delivered another. Day following this, they offered to pop correct item in post for delivery next day. Guess what, it didn't arrive. Contacted them again and I, the buyer, insisted on refund. I then received an email from eBay on behalf of the seller , stating THEY had initiated the refund process due to a 'problem with my email.' which I might add, is a load of old balderdash!!! Guess what 5 letters, ending in ---RS. Purchase at your peril.

Items sent and delivered quickly and communications about delivery excellent. The bags and micro filter fitted fine, however, the exhaust filter was not the right one for my SEBO X7 model. I did ask the seller the question about suitability for X7 before ordering but did not receive a reply so took a chance that all items would fit. At the end of the day I thought it was reasonable value just for the bags and microfilter.
