Items sent and delivered quickly and communications about delivery excellent. The bags and micro filter fitted fine, however, the exhaust filter was not the right one for my SEBO X7 model. I did ask the seller the question about suitability for X7 before ordering but did not receive a reply so took a chance that all items would fit. At the end of the day I thought it was reasonable value just for the bags and microfilter.

Purchased a new motor which arrived quite quickly but unfortunately it did not work. Contacted Avern through Ebay and they sorted it immediately by despatching another motor express delivery which proved to be of the expected quality and worked first time. Do not buy this product! It is falsely advertised as a genuine product. It clearly isn’t. I have bought from Henry (eBay) since. It is clearly a superior product. This product, the bristles are falling out just as I lift it. The quality is very substandard. It arrived in just bag and arrived damaged. Seller did not bother to respond when approached with the issue. Seller clearly does not care about the product or its condition of arrival at the customers door. Stay away!

Never received the item - It was sent to my old address. There was no way to see what address it was being shipped to prior to the card being authorised. Despite an email to the supplier minutes after pressing the 'Buy' button, they replied to say t was too late to amend the order..... Luckily the item was of very low value..... And I subsequntly found one I had ordered previously and forgotten about...... So no big deal, just mildly frustrating I couldn't do anything about it.
