How do I order?
You can place your order online with ease, simply navigate to the item that your require. Select the quantity that you require, and where appropriate select product options, then click the "add to cart" button. Once this is done you can click the checkout link at the top right of the page and quickly proceed through the checkout system.

Can I order by telephone?
Of Course! please feel free to phone us on 0800 9788 499, we offer free advice over the phone and can help you with anything you are not sure about.

How do I pay?
When taking orders online we take payments through our HSBC card payment system, or through PayPal. We are also looking to start taking payments through Google Checkout soon too.

When placing an order over the phone you can pay by Card, or where appropriate by bank transfer.

I work for the public sector, can I pay by purchase order?
We accept official purchase orders from public sector bodies, these include; schools, NHS, local authorities, Armed Forces and government departments.

We will require an official purchase order with full contact details to process your order. These details include, address, phone and fax number. Please note that our online prices include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is free for all orders over £80.00 (ex Vat) Credit terms are 30 days from the date of delivery. Please fax your order to 01905 26633.

Can I return any unwanted items?
Yes, if for any reason you should want to return an item to us you can do so as the item is unopened and in as new, unused condition, the item must also be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it. Please ensure that all packaging is unopened, and that none of the seals are broken.

To arrange the return of any item please phone the office on 01905 26633 or email us through our contact page. All unwanted items will be refunded inclusive of VAT and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, please also note that all carriage charges will not be refundable.

Machine Refunds / Returns:  Any unwanted (incorrectly ordered) cleaning machines will be subject to a £21.00 carriage free and 5% restocking fee, assuming an alternative machine is to be dispatched. If there is to be no replacement machine dispatched then a £21.00 shipping fee and  15% restocking fee applies. Any machines returned as faulty and found to be in working order, or faulty through improper maintenance  will be subjected to a return shipping surcharge.

My Item has arrived and it is faulty, what should I do?
If your item has arrived with you in an unsatisfactory condition or it is faulty, you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of the item. We will then organize for your item to be collected Free of Charge and a replacement item will be dispatched.
