SSIVD 1800 AP Numatic Swarf & Coolant Engineering Workshop Vacuum
The SSIVD 1800 AP is ideal for extended periods of use owing to the fact that is has a large automatic emptying pump (160L per Min). This allows the user to suck large quantities of swarf and coolant from a machine whilst the auto pump takes care of pumping the coolant into the appropriate container through a 10M hose after filtering.
Designed specifically for the task of separating swarf from coolant it is ideal for removing swaft and coolant from machines such as lathes and CNC equipment. The coolant once filtered within the vacuum can then be easily recycled.
Made from highly durable Structofoam that is not only lightweight but very strong it is ideal for use in larger workshops where it will get a lot of use.
WIthin the drum there is a 30 litre stainless steel basket that filters all particles 1mm and greater in size, capturing swarf whilst allowing coolant to collect bellow. This coolant can then be disposed of easily using the dump hose fitted.
Fitted as standard with a cyclonic hose fitting allowing hoses of 76mm to 32mm to be used, making the machine highly versatile.
